New York River Towns Seek Control Over Fracking

Two tiny Delaware River towns hope to do what no other New York town has yet done: control their own gas-drilling destiny.  Steve Israel writing for the Times Herald-Record and published on Recordonline tells of small New York towns trying to trump State regulations as Pittsburgh has done and Buffalo might do.  Dealing with issues of zoning regulations and civil rights, citizens in these small towns are starting to ask questions to see if they can control their fate.
